The rear wheel is prevented from precessing as the front wheel does by friction of the tires on the ground, and so continues to lean as though it were not spinning at all. Greetings fellow motorcyclists! I might have an issue with rear wheel spinning while bike is on stand. I have pit-bull stands (rear and front). While bike is on both rear and front stands, the rear wheel doesn't spin freely at all. While bike is on rear stand only, the rear wheel spins but tough. Here is first video, sorry for arcane language (rear and front stands). Why is it not spinning, rotor rubbing, bearings worn, forks not aligned may cause the pads to rub on the rotor. Greasing the axel won't help because the wheel spins on the bearings, the brake pads may drag a little as well.

Yes, something isn't turning freely. It's either the front wheel, the back wheel, or the pedals and chain. Lift the bike off the ground and turn the front wheel by hand. If it doesn't turn very freely, it could be the hand-brake is dragging or the hub bearing is too tight. Try the back wheel in both directions. Some wheels spin, others don't. Regardless, looking at pics your pistons do need some TLC. Simple procedure just be careful when you're pushing out the pistons to not go too far. You want to push them all out just enough to clean up the grime, use a piece of wood in between the pistons to force out any stuck ones.

When you stop (using the back brake) feel the disc. If it is hot, they are binding too much. ____________________. It should let the piston slide back into the caliper. Tighten bleed screw, install caliper and wheel, and top off the brake fluid if needed. Or the top of the resevoir. Take the calipers off, pads off, try and clean the pistons after pumping them out a little, perhaps it will work.
